Anybody have problem using the MR-3040 with the MA180 on Maxis network?

The connection seems to come up, it will be usable for awhile and then after that Internet access is not available.

Looking at the Status page on the MR-3040 it says 3G is connected. Doing a Diagnostic ping, nothing is reachable.

Hum, I haven't encountered this kind of problem. You may have a try to set the dial no and APN (provided by your ISP) manually.

How about connecting the modem to the computer directly? will it also cause any problem?

I have same problem, TL-MR3020 with TL-MA180. ISP Celcom. Using latest firmware. Used default firmware the MR3020 not event detect MA180. TP-Link any updates on this?

Connect MA180 directly to laptop, can connect without problem.

What is the led status of the 2 devices when the internet stops working? 

 

Please login to the web UI of the TL-MR3020 and take a screenshot of the status page and send to us.

 

At that time, with the MA180 plugged into the computer, can you access internet? And please click here to verify the IP address and gateway obtained by your computer. 

 

Besides, with the sim card inserted into the cellphone directly, does it work well?
