Can't seem to get connected, whatever I try

Hi, please follow this guide to troubleshoot: Troubleshooting guide of no internet access with TP-Link Wireless 4G LTE Router working as 3G/4G Router Mode

 

If it still doesn't work, please test if the same SIM card works fine on ther 4G device.
