I recently got the BE805. Most of my devices have no issues except for my iPad. None of the network options show up on the iPad. All other devices are fine. Don't see 2.4g 5g 6g or MLO. I've updated the router and it hasn't resolved any thing.

Do you mean the iPad cannot detect wireless network? Please confirm that you have enable Wi-Fi feature of iPad.

 

Here are some suggestions for your issue:

1) Enable the guest network and connect the device to the guest network.
2) Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on a phone and connect the device to the hotspot WI-FI. Please reach out the device support if this doesn't work.
4. Change the DNS server: How to Change the DNS Servers on a TP-Link Wireless Router (New UI).
5. Reset the device to factory default settings.

 

Please let me know what is the operating system and model of your iPad?
