unable to connect to the internet 

once powered up all lights come on and then only the battery light stays on 

tethered to my phone and showing that I have Wi-Fi signal but still no internet??

Hi, may I know the model number, hardware and firmware version of your TP-Link device?

Please make sure the SIM card works fine on another 4G device and is allowed to use on 4G router for sharing internet.


If you still have no internet access when connecting to MiFi product, please do some troubleshooting as the following instruction:
