Unable to get IP when wireless AP connected
Region : UnitedStates
Model : TL-WR940N
Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version : latest
ISP :
Problem is as soon as AP router is connected to the main router via LAN-LAN connection, I'm unable to get an IP address, Windows shows exclamation mark, other devices like iPhone etc. find the network but they never connect to it.
Both routers are from TP-Link, and running the latest firmwares.
Main Router: TL-WR940N
AP Router: TL-WR841N
DHCP is disable on the AP, it has been given channel 11 (main router is on channel 6), different IP addresses are assigned, but same security settings have been given to both routers.
I've followed this guide to no avail: http://www.tp-link.com/lk/article/?faqid=417
I'm really perplexed here. Some help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
