Hi please anyone can help on this?

Just bought deco X25 3-pack and it's unable to get internet from M1's fiber modem (solid red) but able to connect through my old router (Asus) with solid green.

No special settings on the modem and it's using dynamic IP. Tried another deco piece same. When I connect M1 modem directly to my PC using ethernet cable able to get internet.. repeated official instructions few times no success .

I called TP link hotline, they are unable to advise me a solution as well..

Solution found for the modem connection: reset connection with the ISP. My Deco X25 able to connect directly to the modem after the reset. Seems like they locked my router MAC address to their server..
