@David-TP Thanks for the reply. I have tried enabling remote but that's only for being able to dial the number and access it with a PIN. I'm follow the App Log route as suggested :)

I have a Deco X73-DSL which has telephony enabled. I can see voicemail in the app but each time I try to play when remote I get 'failed to download voicemail'. Is this feature supported when remote?
