@bazzason With powerline adapters it is hard to tell what speeds you'll get until you try. It depends on quality of electrical wiring and what else is plugged to sockets on same circuit breaker....

@bazzason I would suggest to add another unit. You can also try powerline adapters to create wired link. If you are interested in this option, you can test its feasibility with X50s you already have....

@marcus_w I would suggest to start with Deco mesh in its default Router mode. Conceptually, that would make House 2 like connected to the Internet. House 2 will not depend on House 1 for network...

@marcus_w I would suggest to simplify network layout by having Deco mesh in Router mode and removing Archer C5 in House 2. Main Deco should then be connected to Archer C5 in House 1.

@Tatogonne In Router mode Main Deco runs under heavier load than in Access Point mode. If you have many devices connected to your WiFi mesh, 30-40 and up, changing Deco mode could make a difference....
