WR1043ND cannot access admin page

Hi,
I'm unable to access the admin page on my WR1043ND. I've removed all connections except a direct wired connection to the router. DHCP and gateway are all working ok, I can ping the router but can't open the admin page. I've tried connecting with different computers and browsers.
I haven't tried a factory reset yet but is there a way for me to retrieve the MAC clone settings on the router before I do this? The MAC clone is from an old PC that I no longer have access to and I'd rather avoid a length call to my ISP's customer services if I can!
Short of a factory reset is there anything else I can try?
