Find admin page after Access Point config
During out-of-box installation today: added credentials, configured as an access point, then rebooted. Since then the admin page is inaccessible at all three IP addresses. https://tplinkwifi.net/ has the help page; http://192.168.0.1/ links to my primary internet provider router installed in my home; http://192.168.1.1/ times out. Where may I adjust my Archer A6 AC1200 access point wi-fi settings? Thank you!

Try to disconnect the Archer A6 from the main router and connect your computer to the Archer A6 directly, after that, you can access the web UI with tplinkwifi.net.
Besides, with Archer A6 connected to the main router, you can log into the web UI of the main router first to get the current IP address of A6, and then you can use this IP address to access the web interface.
Good day.

@Bradley The default in access point mode is that the Archer will take an IP address provided by your main router via DHCP. You should be able to see the address in your main router's DHCP list and then try to connect.
However, the tplinkwifi.net should work, but ONLY if you're connecting the phone or whatever you are using to the WiFi of the Archer (maybe you're not connected to it but to the WiFi of the other router). Double check you're connecting to the Archer's WiFi network.
