Region : UnitedKingdom
Model : TL-WR941ND
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP : BT
I have a BT Home hub - latest, but we need our Sky box connecting as well as some wireless where the TV is too! The house has very thick stone walls and the master socket and BT hub is at the other end of the house (kitchen).
Based on price, apparent wireless performance and product advice from tech support, I've chosen a WR941ND to do teh job abd plan to run a Cat6 ethernet cable from the BT Home Hub to the TPL router.
Can anyone, would anyone be kind enough to, explain to me in reasonably uncomplicated terms how I go about setting it all up please?
In my little mind I see the same SSID all over the house so devices move seamlessly between them; is that even possible?
BTW. I haven't yet received the new kit so do not know of its hardware or firmware versions.
Happy to read loads but thus far everything I've read has simply confused me as it assumes the reader knows so much more than I do!!! http://forum.tp-link.com/images/smilies/tongue.png
