Range Extender - advice please
I have just installed one and all 4 lights are lit so I am assuming it is working. However, when I log onto the Tether app on my phone I get the message ' No Devices Found'. Do I need to worry? or is the message simply saying no NEW Devices found? Thanks for any advice.

Thank you SO much David. Yes, you have identified my issue and solved it! When I switch VPN off on my mobile phone, I can now see my Connected Devices. Sincere thanks and kind regards. Ian

Hi, are you still connected to the WiFi of RE300 when logging into the Tether APP?
Please make sure there is no VPN enabled on the smartphone.
