Firmware 1.6.3 Build 24112112 Rel. 78921
Hello Team,
I am experiencing some major network stability issues with my dimmer switches and security camera's on the 2.4g network. It was fine prior to this firmware update. They would show online 1 sec then offline. Everytime I reboot my Deco network, i get different devices reporting offline when they were online prior to the reboot. When I go into the deco app I can see that they are connected. How can I downgrade the firmware? I do not see the current firmware version listed on the Canadian TP Link website.
Please advise.
TIA!

Hi, what is the planned resolution to this buggy firmware version?
All my devices keep disconnecting!
Also, one more issue I haven't seen reported here is that my mobile phones also lose connection when switching on shortly after screen was turned off, it's like a delayed response, initially it shows mobile is connected then the wifi disappears and reappears after about a minute.
All of this started happening with 1.6.3.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log?
At the same time, can you attach the following pictures of network maps together with the APP logs:
By the way, apart from the Tapo cameras, were you having similar issues with other mobile/smart home devices?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Thanks for your answer.
I'll send you log and pictures in a few minutes, but a few days ago I had to downgrade to keep the network working
Please note:
I downgraded to 1.6.1 one of my Deco, so now I have: one X50(1.0) 1.6.3, one X50(1.0) 1.6.1 and five X50(1.2) 1.4.5
The Deco using 1.6.3 is the main one
After downgrading to 1.6.1 the Deco named "Casa Giardino" the problem disappeared
I experienced disconnections only with Tapo C320 cameras connected to "Casa Giardino" and to "Piscina"
-> today i'll try to upgrade again "Casa Giardino" and, if the problem appears again, i'll send you another log.

@Wooca for some reason yet to be determined the problem goes away of if I take my satellites off a network cable connection and just connect the satellite to the hub with wifi

Hi David,
is there a timeline in which version 1.6.3 will be stable? Has the engineer be able to replicate the issues users have reported back with?
Thanks!

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
The engineers are able to replicate the issues under several scenarios but the solution hasn't been ready yet. I will keep the community informed once there is any further update.
Best regards.
