Archer C6 v4 - Ethernet capped at 10mbps Half duplex even when negotiating 1000mbps full duplex
I bought an Archer c6 v4 which is my main and only router. I have been using it for a few months and had no issues with Ethernet speeds and all.
Suddenly for a last month I noticed my lan link speed was capped at 10mbps instead of 1000mbps.
After reconnecting serveral times it got fixed suddenly and back at 1000mbps. Now It seems to be capped at 10mbps and Half duplex on router end.
I have checked the ports and cable and swapped it but still issue persists.
All my cables are Cat 6A rated.
Is there any way to fix it. Am I going to get any support from TP Link Bangladesh? A replacement?
If i keep changing ports it randomly goes back up to 1000mbps full duplex that too on new cable same case as old cable.

After contacting my local support center. They suggested me to downgrade my firmware to version 1.35 instead of 1.36 which my router updated to automatically.
It's been a few days and It seems to be working as expected giving 1000mbps full duplex everytime now. Hope fully it stays that way and I turned off Auto update.

This issue usually can be mitigated by using a factory made ethernet cable of a good quality. Try using a Cat5E cable - C6 v4 is only 1000mbps capable.

I swapped out my LAN cable to new UGreen CAT 6A cable already. The factory one provided isnt long enough.

Hi @iversxn,
Do you mean that even if the management interface shows 1000M, the actual speed that the PC can obtain is still only 10M? If so, please try hard reset Archer C6 firstly:
Keep the power on, Press and hold this reset button(hole) for more than 5 seconds to reset the router to its factory default settings.
Please restart the client devices at the same time.
If the issue persists, please contact your local support for Warranty Consultation.

When it shows 10mbps on router interface it shows 10mbps on Pc LAN interface and capped at 10mbps speed aswell.
When suddenly it goes back to 1000mbps on router interface it also changes to 1000mbps on Pc LAN interface speed goes back up to uncapped 1000mbps speed which I get.
Since I've already swapped out Ethernet cable as the culprit I don't understand how this happens.

Today again the port gets capped at 10mbps.
Now Swapping port to LAN2 gives me 1000mbps again. This keeps happening everyday.
