Its same for me, I'm not able to use VPN setting in V4 version. I tried to downgrade but its not working. If there is any alternative to this, or if its possible to downgrade kindly let me know.

I also have the same problem on Archer C6 V4 where VPN is missing.
Have created a feature request on TP Link community (link below), so we can vote for VPN to be added to Archer C6 V4.
