I see no further response from TP Link Support.

The modem should be plug and play. Instead, I cannot get a VDSL connection by any means.

Hi, you are using VDSL line from ISP We in Egypt, right? do you mean the DSL light won't be solid on after you connect the VDSL line to VR600 DSL port?

May I have a screenshot of the DSL part in Advanced->Status page and also the system log file?
