cant send a feedback report it says router is not connected to the internet whilst internet is working fine.

You mean you could get internet access when connected to the router but the router web interface says not, right?

What about the Internet LED status on the router? and do you have WAN IP address on the router? it is on Dynamic IP or PPPoE?

yes the computers conneted to the router have internet connection and the wan Led is green, im connected to a PPPoE

How about checking firmware update under Online Upgrade part on Advanced->System Tools->Firmware Upgrade page? does it also show no internet access?
