BE550 bug report (device cannot connect and small other reports)
Hello,
I ve been enjoying BE550 for few days now. It fits my needs. Almost.
I must keep my older wifi router to get all my devices in the network...
I have a "BLINK sync module 2" for CCTV.
It works with "2.4 GHz Wi-Fi" or seen on store page "Wifi network: 2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n".
This device is still in production and sale. Blink is part of Amazon Group.

BE550 took place of a former router. It is set as Access Point as the former router.
I tried to connect the "Blink sync module 2" on BE550 2,4 GHz wifi network with different configurations :
- reproducing older router settings (Smart Connect disabled. See screenshot of former seting panel. nothing strange, and reproduce as is in BE550 panel)
- with Smart Connect enabled
- through separate IoT network feature
Nothing worked.
And I could set up the module to connect back to the former router (I'll have to keep this old router until you solve the bug...).
I hope you can help.
Maybe it's just an option to check or uncheck. I hope so, but I don't know. It seems to be a bug to me.
Please help.
Attached : screenshot of the former router (old and from other brand...). The device can connect with this parameters, but not with BE550.
