Hi, what is the model number, hardware version and LED status of your TP-Link device?

 

Are you trying to login its web interface? If so, please try admin in lower case for the username and password, if it doesn't work and no other possible accounts&password, you could reset the device to factory defaults by holding reset button for about 10s, and please note that you will need to reconfigure the device to connect internet again after the factory reset.
