New Router - Can’t access Router setting
Hi Guys,
just got my new router installed today - VX320, AX1800 Dual Band WiFi 6 - and when I get to access the router settings on the web or the app it says that the password to "bind" the router to my account, or even just access the settings to change the SSID & Password are wrong.
i have literally just got the router and not changed any settings. The default password on the bottom of the router lets me access the WiFi but when I try get into the router settings the same default password won't work?! Anyone had this issue and can you help!
I just want to access the admin settings to change the SSID and password but can't despite putting in the factory/default password

Hi @xOBBx97,
Could you double-check is the modem VX230v?
It is a customized device specifically designed for local Service Providers. Its software is tailored to meet the unique requirements of these providers, ensuring alignment with their specific needs. While our technical support team is adept at providing general guidance and suggestions for products with standard, generic firmware. However, due to the specialized nature of the firmware on your device, our ability to provide troubleshooting may be limited.
We can certainly offer some troubleshooting tips that may help resolve your issue. Please consider the following:
1. Try 'admin' or admin password on the label.
2. Hard reset the device, press and hold this button for at least 5 seconds until all LEDs blink to reset the router to its factory default settings.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, we recommend contacting the technical support of your Service Provider who supplied the device, as they are best suited to provide the necessary assistance for your device.
