Facing errors in Web UI and no signal issues in MR 400(EU)

Hi Tp-Link Community,
Recently bought Tp-Link MR400(EU) V4.3 which is giving errors like "error code 1, Internal error" when trying to access Gateway GUI of Tp-link.
I have inserted sim and trying to create a profile but still i am unable to create as it is continuously throwing "error code 1, Internal error".
Please help.

Hi, may I know if it was working fine before? or never worked?
And is there any special operation before it started happening? such as power outage or firmware update?
Please try to factory reset the MR400 by holding the reset button for about 10s to see if it helps.

Hi,
Thanks for the update. It was working before and suddenly it is showing this kind of error.
Tried reset factory from the web UI and then hard reset from the button which is at back is done.
But the same error.

Hi, sorry for that previous suggestions didn't solve the problem, it is recommended to contact the seller where you bought it to check warranty and get it replaced.
