TL-MR6400 V5.3 – Return to original installed firmware.
Hello,
I have stupidly updated the stock firmware of my TL-MR6400 V5.3 to the one I found in https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/download/tl-mr6400/v5.3/#Firmware (UK FIRMWARE - TL-MR6400(APAC)_V5.3_220506), which is not my region… ☹. I bought my router from Greece, but it seems to be originated from Germany. After updating, the router's web interface does present an error while searching for bands, networks as well as, while switching network mode to 4G only (please see attached images). Is there a way, based on the attached S/N or P/N (please see attached image), to point me to the originally installed firmware, which was working as expected.
Best regards,
Pantelis

Hello Pantelis,
I understand the firmware issue you're facing. To revert to the originally installed Recliners firmware, you may want to contact TP-Link support directly. Provide them with the Serial Number (S/N) and Product Number (P/N) for guidance on obtaining and installing the appropriate firmware for your specific region.

You mean SIM cards cannot be detected? Please share with us screenshot of Status page to show the SIM card status.
If indeed no SIM card can be detected, please try reinserting the SIM card, reboot the MR6400 with SIM card inserted properly, also try factory reset the MR6400 by holding reset button for about 10s.
In addition, what is the firmware version of your MR6400 V1?
