Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.5 Build 20220823 Rel. 41353

The last deco(Kitchen) in the chain has a significant speed drop but no latency drop, the app shows this topology but this is not how the devices are wired,this issue started after last firmware update.

The image below shows the true topology

  @deco_bhilai

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.

Can I have more details about the speed decrease on the kitchen Deco? What is the current speed you could get from kitchen Deco( via Ethernet connection or 5Ghz)? How about the original speed?

Since you mentioned the firmware upgrade, Did the Deco App have the correct Topology before the 1.5.5 firmware upgrade?

And would a restart of the kitchen Deco improve the current speed?

If possible, please also help me submit the APP log on the APP:https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/581574?replyId=1132466

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

  @David-TP
Hi David Thanks for replying

Yes the topology used to be correct before the update
Also, I haven't checked the connection speed via ethernet at the last node, but near other nodes the speed is as much as the isp allows

I cannot select between 2.4 and 5 Ghz right?, so on the same device standing close to the node should result in a 5Ghz connection and full speed right?

near 2nd node(Study)

and near 3rd node
