Connection and configuration issue
We have an existing ONT and new Vodafone New Zealand Tuatahi Fast fibre ISP
All green lights on ONT
All cables connected
Wifi router shows three green solid lights and one solid orange light
Previous system was working great for more than five years with WXC ISP
This ISP was bought out by Vodafone NZ
No versions of the configuration guides match the pages viewable in setup for this model but all settings are showing the correct values we think
Looking at similar models config
Any help greatly appreciated

According to the Vodafone New Zealand modem support webpage they require VLAN set to "On" and Internet VLAN ID set to "10".
Have you configured it like that on your AX73? (should be in the "Advanced" menu under "Network" -> "IPTV/VLAN")

Success !!
Our Business IT tech fixed it, @woozle you were correct and the listed setting was to do with New Zealand requiring WLAN setting to 10 ??
The one setting I had trouble finding
Thanks again @woozle

Hi,
Can you get hold of a computer with Ethernet port and connect that one directly to the ONT to verify the Internet connection is actually working?
What kind of configuration does your ISP require to connect to the Internet?

Tried that with my laptop and no luck, but will try the other laptop ------------- laptop note was "no internet connection"
ISP assures me that all is connected and the ONT firmware is upgraded
I get the feeling they are being diffcult because we have our own hardware?
