Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210914 Rel.59719n

Hardware Version: Archer MR600 v2 00000002

Firmware Version: 1.5.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210914 Rel.59719n

Country: Argentina

ISP: Personal

I bought a MR600 router and it is not working well in 4G+ mode, it only connects to band 28 in 4G mode. Using the same SIM card in a cell phone works fine in 4G+ mode using bands 4 and 28.

Could you please tell me how to solve this problem?

Regards.

  @AleWhite

Hi, sorry for that the Archer MR600 doesn't support LTE band 4, you could also find the network type and bands supported by Archer MR600 on our official website:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/home-networking/3g-4g-router/archer-mr600/v2/#specifications

If your SIM card supports other band combinations in your area which is also supported by the Archer MR600, you could try to select the bands manually to see if it will work on 4G+:  https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/3099/

Note: Whether and how the bands will be aggregated is related to the base station as well, we are unable to force it to work on 4G+ or force it to work on a specific band combination. Therefore, when you select two or more bands manually, the MR600 might work on only one band as well. If your SIM card supports different band combinations in 4G+ mode, you could also try other supported band combinations.
