Hi, are you using automatic band selection or manual band selection? and what is the band on Advanced->Status page when it works on 4G and also 4G+?
Besides, whether it works on 4G or 4G+ is actually decided by the network side, so we are unable to force it staying on 4G or 4G+ all the time.
For comparison, could you please insert the same SIM card into another 4G+ device(recommend Cat6 product since MR600 is Cat6 as well)? Then please check if it works on 4G or 4G+ and which band(s) it uses.
For smartphones, you could refer to: How to check the 4G band working on our smartphones
By the way, who is your ISP please?
