Hello,

I have buy TL-MR3020 for saving my home when the internet of my box is dead.
I configure the router with WAN Preferred mode for automaticly switch to 3G when the internet connexion is dead.
But on this mode, computers aren't discover by the DHCP on the ethernet port.

Could you help me to configure the router correctly please?

In "WAN preferred mode", the ethernet port can he be LAN port?

In WAN preferred mode, ethernet is working as WAN port for you to plugin a DSL modem or cable modem, not LAN port.
It is LAN port when in 3G only mode.

If in this mode, eth port is WAN function only, how do to use the router in backup mode?

As far as I am concerned, with the WAN prefered mode, the Ethernet port is functioning as WAN port in order to use the network from the modem, once the modem is dead, the router will get the massage that the connection to the WAN port cannot get through, then it will fail over to the 3G connection. Once the connection to the modem is recovered, it then will use that connection.:)
