Besides the beta firmware, it is also planned to release the official firmware for Band selection. Keep an eye on the official website or router web GUI for the new updates.
If you are not sure about how to select the band manually on the router web interface, check the instructions below:

Hello everyone,
I bought a MR200 a month ago to put behind a omni 4G external antenna. The seller listed this router as able to select the 4G bands.
What a disappointment to realize that I have the version 6 and it doesn't include the feature. I can't figure out why it was standard on the v5, the v6 feel like a downgrade.
Do you know if and when a firmeware update is scheduled for the v6 ?
Thanks a bunch

Hi,
The new firmware Archer MR600(EU)_V2_220826 still supports 4G+.
It defaults to using 4G for low-bandwidth network activities and will switch to 4G+ for high bandwidth activities.

Hi,
The log file seems to say that 4G+ changes back to 4G all the time within 1sec. (4G+ LED doesn't light up like the old firmware)
