Deco M4 setup with Maxis Fibre 300mbps

I just got Deco M4. current setup is Maxis fibre 300mbps with Huawei modem and Tplink archer c5v router

1) is it advisable to replace C5v with M4 as main modem or shld we justt use M4 as AP with c5v?

2) if were to replace c5v with m4 as router, during pppoe setup shld i choose maxis1 profile or maxis2 profile? what is Maxis VLAN code?

@dzy above username/password can be applied for previous registered maxis fiber consumer (old one which modemID is just number. now maxis put an alphabet A in front of number)

for new registration. use ppoe as per below:
Username: AXXXXXX@home.maxis.com.my
Password: AXXXXXX

AXXXXXX is modemID

i replaced C5V with Deco as main router (connect to maxis huawei modem). Work like a charm and i able to get 300mbps full speed
