Hi .. just bought a C5400X to be used for Maxis Home Fibre but can't find any guide and after configuring it's not working.

 

Changed the portfolio to Maxis but still cannot connect. Using original Maxis provided router is ok so definitely not internet problem.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,

 

As my knowledge, the IPTV should be enabled to make you access internet. 

 

Below is the instruction you can give it a go.

For the VLAN ID, you can contact the tech support of Maxis to confirm it.
