After a brake/cut in the electricity in the house, my Internett stop working. The power and the wifi sign are on, but not the sign for Internett

Thank you very much for your patience.

Please refer to the following suggestions:

  1. Reset the MR200 by holding the reset pinhole for 10s;
  2. If still no internet, please log into the MR200 via http://tplinkmodem.net; and check the following information:

If there is a WAN address, please try to change the DNS server to be 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 and restart the modem;

If there is no IP address, please try to manually update the APN from the sim card carrier;(if not sure what APN username and password, please contact the carrier first.)
