Connected without internet

I inserted the 4G sim in the router ane able to connect it. But router is not connected to the internet.

If you put the sim card into the smartphone, are you able to get the internet?
Did the internet and 4G lights lit up on the modem?
Please refer to the following suggestions:
- Reset the modem by holding the reset button for 10s till all the lights turn on then off;
- Log in to the router and check the IP address under advanced>status>internet section;
---if there is an IP address, please try to change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8;
--if IP is 0.0.0.0, please go to advanced>network>internet, manually create a new profile and input the APN information from sim carrier;
