No internet access

The router never has internet access but when I add the simcard to a different router it has internet access.

May I know where are you located and who is your sim card carrier?
And how long have you had the device?
Did the internet and 4G light lit up on the Archer MR200?
If possible, please try to log into the Archer MR200 and check the IP address, such as;
And if the ISP is incorrect, please also try to manually create the profile;
