Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.15

I am using TPG Singapore, m7200 is able to connect to 4g network, but the speed is much lower than compared to I insert the sims to my phone.

What is the speed you can get from the M7200 and smart phone with the SIM card separately?

Due to the hardware capability differences, the smart phone is stronger than the M7200, therefore, the speed is faster; while we need figure out the speed difference between them, whether it is acceptable.
