AX1500 keep disconnecting (SINGAPORE)
My AX1500 keeps disconnecting throughout the day... what is going on?
ISP is Starhub SG.
This never happens with my previous Archer C9 which I had used for many years.

Tried, same thing happens ... usually around 9AM to 10AM and I have to manually reset the router to get it to work again.

Have you already checked and confirmed the internet from the Starhub modem is stable by connecting a computer directly to the modem and monitoring the internet from 9 AM to 10 AM? This will tell you if the internet from Starhub or the cable modem is stable or not, only by this will you get a stable connection from the Archer AX1500.
If the modem internet is stable but the connection between the modem and the AX1500 is not, please save and send us the whole system log on the AX1500 which records the whole process of the disconnect and reconnect, we will see how to proceed.

Yes, did the direct connection between modem to PC and it was stable.
Only when I reconnect the router back, the intermittent disconnections happen and strangely always between 9AM to 10AM.
There is no option for me to attach the log file here. How do I send the file to you?
