Dear Kevin,

I have the same exact issue with my new TP-Link router i got from our ISP (Orange - Jordan)

My laptop keep dosconnecting and i have to disconnect the laptop and reconnect again

Also the wifi 5G some times disappeared and cannot connect to it unless i restart the router itself 

Please note that this device brought from the ISP and might be closed and protected to their network only and this is not OEM device. For the device details:

This issue cause many problems to me

i have same issue with my TL-MR6400, internet disconnected many times even after i change apn profile , this issue still happen. Here is my router specification:

Model: TL-MR6400 (EU)

Hardware version: V4

Firmware version: 1.16.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 191223 Rel.66638n

I am using this device in Indonesia

@Kevin_Z  can you please send me this beta firmware. 
we use this mr6400 v3 system for supplying internet to our electric gates, but internet connection is list every few days. Have tried the usual suggestions of 8.8.8.8 DNS etc.

Can you send to me firmware (router was purchased in Ukraine (EU)

I can log in, but internet do not work even all lights and icon show good...

 

Was see the same simpthoms as mentioned in the tread

I had version 1.16.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 191223 Rel.66638n and after updete last v4 version from tp-link side i have 1.10.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 190521 Rel.38696n which is lower :/ Do you know where to find the lastest version of firmware?

Llke other people, i very often have disconnects and have to restart the router every time.

Having similar problem with disconnections several times a day although lights on router unit all present.

 

UK based running LTE sim card with excellent signal typically 75% plus

Having similar problem with no connection at all, although lights on router are all present.

Tried resetting dozens of times, didn't help and here's some of the log.

 

The timestamp is old because router is reset and is not connecting to internet therefore not updating time. Even if updated with PC time it uses old time on next reboot.

  I bought the MR6400 few days ago, and have same issue with my TL-MR6400, internet disconnected many times randomly, checked apn correct, changed another mobile provider sim still happen.

 

Here is my router specification:

Model: TL-MR6400 (EU)

Hardware version: V4

Firmware version: 1.16.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 191223 Rel.66638n

I am using this device in Hong Kong

 

 May I have the beta firmware to try. Thanks alot
