TL-MR6400 no internet access, but SIM works on mobile phones
Hello everyone,
I bought the router in March and I inserted a SIM from the Italian operator "Fastweb".
During the first 7-8 weeks it worked well, then it suddenly stopped receiving the internet signal, in fact not even the signal strength LEDs are on.
Putting the same SIM into a mobile phone, the internet works without problems.
Putting another SIM from the same operator into the router, it works without problems.
It seems that the problem is with that specific SIM inside that specific router.
The configurations are correct, and I tried multiple combination of Bands, IPv4 vs IPv6, Authentication Mode.
I rebooted and reset the device several times. I've also followed the online troubleshooting guides, without success.
I called the support of the ISP operator, who confirms that they have no problems and they suggest me to contact the support of the router.
