Hello,

Whenever I connect to the RE the Network status displays as "No internet conection".

Aside to that, my iPhone is properly connected and constatly swtiches from one router to the other. Making it work perfectly and navigating perfectly on internet.

Kindly assist with an answer.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Is iPhone the only device that had the current issue?

I noticed your current firmware of Deco S7 is 1.4.2 and the latest version is 1.5.2. It is also suggested to update the latest firmware first:

Deco S7_V1/V1.2_1.5.2 Build 20240927

Hey David, Thanks for your prompt reply. Nevertheless, My phone is working correctly. The issue is with my computer, not my iPhone. The Internet Status when connected to the S7 RE is "No internet"
