i insert an ee unlimited preloaded card, but after setting, it is red light and says no service therefore no internet connection.
what can i do?

I saw a similar feedback a few days ago(post# 705196). Did you also use the same SIM card here:

Are you able to test the Deco X50-5G with a different SIM card?
