Hi everyone!

I've many computers and cellphones at my home, but one of them recognise my TP Link Wifi but it does not work because I can connect to the WiFi network but the WiFi does not open anything (I mean that I can't connect to google for example).

Anyone know what could I do in order to resolve this, please? This is much important for me.

Hello，

If the extender has no internet access after the configuration, please check the RE light or signal Led on the extender. Then please refer to this article to do the troubleshooting:https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2234/

Note: When checking the router's wifi password, please also confirm that the authentication type and encryption type is Auto on the main router.
