Thanks for the reply.
Have checked and there seems to be some discrepancies in the version numbers shown for my satellite BE805 device.
On the overall system page, it shows that they are the same version.
But when I go deeper into the specific version of the satellite device, it shows the old version number as seen below at the bottom.
When i go to the web interface, it also shows the older version number, with the update arrow greyed out.
This presents three questions:
1. Is it normal for it to show discrepancies in the version number between different pages?
2. How do i go about updating the version of just the satellite device when the update arrow is greyed out?
3. Is it normal for just the main device to be updated, leaving the satellite device with the older version?

@Kevin_Z Good day to you, After push this firmware update, my router malfunctioned so many times and need manually reset by power-off and power-on again at device. Its symptoms like non-responsive to any device, wifi ssid appears but is unable to connect, and all devices connected via cable are also not responsive. I tried to check and reboot on the Tether app but during facing a problem but unable to find the device on the app due to its non-responsiveness.

Is it possible for the engineering team to implement a built-in OOkla speed test, similar to other routers? Guess it would be helpful for most users.
Thanks!

@vinnnn Apologies for my delayed response here.
Could you please recall how you upgraded the satellite BE805? If the device page still shows version 1.0.12, it seems the firmware update was not successful. Please reset the satellite device and connect to it via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, then login to its web interface to check for the new firmware and update it manually. After that, reset it again and re-add it as an EasyMesh satellite to the main BE805 as per this FAQ.

@Teddyz Apologies for my delayed response. I hope you figure it out.
If there is still an issue with the router, please provide more details, then we will continue to work it out:
1. What is the detailed network layout? Are there any other EasyMesh devices in the network?
2. On the devices that connected to the BE805 via cable, please check if they are still receiving a valid IP address from the router. You can follow this FAQ to find it out.
3. If they are still receiving valid IP addresses from the router, please do a simple ping test as per this guide. Please ping the gateway IP, then 8.8.8.8, then www.google.com. Please show me the results.
It's also suggested to reset the BE805 to factory defaults completely and reconfigure it from scratch to check if it will work properly.
BTW, once upgraded to the new 1.1.2 version, it's not allowed to downgrade to the previous 1.0.11.

@Zylver I assume none of our Wi-Fi 7 routers support a built-in OOkla Speed Test but I will feedback to the relevant team for consideration.
