AXE5400 - Infrequent Broadcast of SSID?
I am currently running an AXE5400 (Archer AXE75 v1.0) configured as a 6Ghz wireless access point for use with my Meta Quest 3. I am finding that sometimes it takes a few minutes for my MQ3 to find and connect to the network (6Ghz). I had initially blamed this as a quirk of the MQ3, but I am finding the same occurs when attempting the 6Ghz network connection with my iPhone 15 Pro. It seems like the AXE5400 is only broadcasting the SSID every few minutes (I don't know the behavior on 2.4 or 5 ghz as those are disabled). Is this normal behavior or do I need to check a particular setting (Hide SSID is NOT checked).

Hi, thanks for posting question on our community.
Can you share the screenshots of your 6Ghz wireless settings on the web interface of the router?
For the 6 GHz network, you can select the Enable PSC checkbox. When PSC (Preferred Scanning Channel) is enabled, only channels with higher connectivity will be reserved to ensure 6 GHz device connections.
If you selected it before, please deselect it then check the connection issue.

Thanks for responding Marv . .
In addtion to 6Ghz, Enable PSC was the only other box I had checked . . . In doing some Google searches, someone had recommended checking OFDMA and unchecking Enable PSC. I did that yesterday and noted "some" improvements

Hi, after unchecking Enable PSC, how about the connection now? You may keep on eye on it.

Thanks for your update.
So if you select Enable PSC, can 6Ghz wifi connection on your Meta Quest 3 or iPhone 15 Pro be normal or the performance is acceptable? Can you share more details?

Performance has not been an issue when connected via 6Ghz . . . The issue has been the time required for devices to see the network . . . PSC now unchecked

Sorry, what I mean just refers to the question you mentioned. I just want to double-check, whether the "Enable PSC" option is selected or not, it always takes several minutes to connect to 6Ghz wifi band on your iPhone 15 Pro and Meta Quest 3, right?
