Deco X20 constantly disconnecting
Deco X20 is frequently disconneciting. I have the 3-pack and this issue occurs with all units (slave and main units). I have upgraded to the latest firmware and have even tried switching the deco units around but has not worked. The issue occurs multiple times a day (around 4-6 times) and disconnects for around a minute or two. Is anyone else having this problem?

@gumgum I am having the same issue. Considering returning the 3-pack for a different brand if this cannot be resolved. I have to reconnect all of my wireless devices every time I reset the network.

@ChristianBurger Did your problem resolve? and what did you do for it?
My Deco X60 (Pack of 2) randomly disconnects (Turns Red) and I have to do lots of switching ON/OFF modems and Deco.
Such a frustrating thing and I may throw these Pricey Junks One Day... :@

Thanks for responding.
- Would deco turn red when the connection dropped, or stay green all the time?
-
As far as I've seen, the Deco has stayed green the entire time.
-
- Did you have unstable connection on both main deco and satellite deco?
- This occured first with sateliite connected. I've been running on the Main Deco for 4 days. Same problem.
- I also reset the Main Deco to factory defaults this morning. Same problem.
- When the connection dropped on the mobile devices, are they still connected to the WiFi but no internet, or the WiFi has been disconnected already?
- Yes, the client shows connected to the network. The Deco app shows clients as having aquired a DHCP IP. The Clients show the same IP.
- Could you please help me check the IP address and gateway when the connection dropped?(ping the getaway if possible.
- My windows laptop connects without problem, but here is the ipconfig all the same.

- My windows laptop connects without problem, but here is the ipconfig all the same.
- Did all the mobile devices randomly disconnect, or just several devices?
- The disconnections appear to be random.
- One interesting note, Wireshark capture on my laptop detects other devices (Roku, for example) However, none of the iPhone devices MAC address are seen, nor are the amazon kindle Fire's. There is a Samsung Galaxy that is issuing repeated ARP requests, but no response is detected. Could just be a limitation of the wireless NIC on my laptop. Not sure.
- Second interesting note, I was unable to modify the subnet mask of the DHCP scope through the Deco app. I tried to, but I couldn't save the changes unless it was one of the predifined masks.

I have the same problem with the following
Setup:
Decox20 #1 main, connected to HFC modem
Decox20 #2 wired connection to main
Decox20 #3 mesh connection
on latest firmware 1.2.6 build 20201013 rel. 58271
Observations:
- Deco App would show units #2 & #3 offline
- Speed test not working
Rebooting main unit restores sanity

Hi,
Thanks for your patience.
Would the 2*satellite Deco turn red, or flash red when they are offline on the APP?
Have you noticed there would be obvious instability for the devices connected to the satellite Decos?
Did it happen very frequently, like several times a day?
Thank you very much.

No, the LED is green not red.
I have many smart devices at home e.g. light, speakers, media streamer etc. I have observed that there were no devices connected to the Deco that shows offline in the app.
Happening at least once a day after reboot
