Deco E4 keeps connecting to router at 100mbs

My ISP Router is a FiberGateway GR241AG and I've tried it all. Resetting the router, resetting the deco. It keeps connecting at 100mbs instead of 1000mbs. I have 2 more connections that work (NAT disk
