Deco E4 keeps connecting to router at 100mbs

Model: Deco E4

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20220823 Rel. 61346

My ISP Router is a FiberGateway GR241AG and I've tried it all.

Resetting the router, resetting the deco.

It keeps connecting at 100mbs instead of 1000mbs.

I have 2 more connections that work (NAT disks).

Can you please tell me what to do.

Deco E4 hardware specifications, Ethernet: 2× 10/100 Mbps Ports

Deco E4 can't do faster than 100Mbps on wired connection.
