@KapitalOne Sorry, I dident directly solve it. After rebooting my pc and the switch a couple of times everything seemed to work and I have not encountered the problem since.

@Mercyfon my pc also says it has an internet connection but I cannot surf to any sites or use apps that connect to the web.
