@Darewees Was the Deco M4 added at a later point as the main deco and is the main deco set as Router or access point mode? Are the connected with a wired or wireless backhaul?

@JaseBob You should be able to change your router into modem mode from the settings. You shouldn't have to call virgin to change it unless it is a new thing....
