@sebastiantruji The ethernet cable you used to connect to your isp router, is this the same cable connected to the deco hub or is it a different one?

@SajidG Alright, can you please turn the modem/router and all deco devices off. Turn on Modem/router first and once that has booted, turn the main deco and other decos on and try the test again.

@SajidG Have you switched off the wifi feature on your isp router?

@SajidG Is the main deco setup in router mode or access point mode?

@sebastiantruji Yes on the main router you need to turn off the wifi feature if you have not done so already.
