@D-C solution was a net gear switch. Worked perfectly as soon as I plugged it in.

@Clive_A the Tv and computer lines are separate but we only have one Ethernet port. We bought the switch so we can use both hardwired at the same time.

@D-C the white wire is our eufy home hub. It's straight from home hub to router. and yea blue cord is the lounge. so if it's all set up correct do you have any other suggestions as to why we can't...
