@Muffinman yes, still no broadcast of signal 2.4 that any device sees. I have it for one week. it never worked. ill try to do the update again.

yes. i didnt change anything after I did factory restore.

even if I try to click the "share network"(2.4G) and scan the QR code its unable to connect. but if I try the 5G it connect without a problem.

Hi, thanks! The devices are not that old but its right to say that its not compatible with 5ghz. All the settings are already set as your advice. I couldn't find the transmit power option.
